I have been a customer at Sentinel Nisku for many years. My items have remained safe over that long period, and when I visited the site recently I found my items to be in the state I would expect them to be in - untouched.
Recently my unit has been scheduled for demolition. Joanna (the site manager) communicated with me, and helped me to find movers to relocate my items to a newer unit.
I researched the cost of moving to another site. I found Sentinel's prices to be in line with prices of storage units at other sites within reasonable driving distance of Edmonton or Calgary. In all the years I have been a Sentinel customer I have never felt that they offered poor value for money.
Sentinel Nisku provided me with secure long-term storage at a reasonable cost.

Its location is perfect near to airport.
Joanna, the manager, is very professional, knowledgeable, active and prompt in responding. I was able to get everything done in few minutes.
Also getting my stuff out on Sunday nigh was flawless.
Highly recommendable.

I had a wonderful experience with Sentinel Storage in Nisku. The storage manager was incredibly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Although I no longer need the storage, I truly appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution!
